Starting point
DuoByte built PinnDeals for PinnProject GmbH as a bilingual business-matching platform that connects companies, founders and individuals through a wanted-listings-first model. Users publish structured listings for expert searches, business partnerships, co-founders or full and partial business sales, then reach suitable contacts through searchable and filterable public directories.
Implementation
The expert marketplace also combines provider profiles with service packages, categories, hashtags, portfolios, locations and contact people, while blog content adds knowledge and reach to the platform. For confidential projects, the system supports anonymous listings and realtime conversations, consumes contact credits called Pings transactionally and lets both participants reveal their identity in a controlled way.
Quality & operations
A tiered subscription and credit model is managed through Stripe Checkout, Billing, the customer portal and signature-verified webhooks, while Supabase Auth, PostgreSQL, Row Level Security, Storage, Realtime and Edge Functions protect data, roles and automations. Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, next-intl, Docker, Caddy, Doppler and separate GitHub Actions pipelines for development and production provide a maintainable foundation for ongoing platform operations.
