At a glance
DuoByte built the corporate website of OBM Hausverwaltung München GmbH with WordPress and the Elementor page builder. The site presents the property management company in its established corporate design, takes inquiries through a contact form and shows the head office on a Google Maps map. Content can be maintained through the WordPress CMS.
Our role: Implementation of the corporate website in WordPress and Elementor, including the logo per corporate design guidelines, a contact form and the map integration.
Project work
How the project came together: from the context and requirements through implementation to where it stands today.
Context
OBM Hausverwaltung München GmbH manages condominium owners' associations (Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften) in and around Munich. The company puts reliability, professionalism and transparency at the center of its brand and points to its managing director's IHK certification as an administrator under Section 26a of the German Condominium Act (WEG).
The website is aimed at prospective clients: owners and owners' associations looking for someone to manage their property. The core of the company's offering is condominium management (WEG-Verwaltung), which it breaks down into several areas:
Challenge
Choosing a property manager is a matter of trust: owners hand the management of their jointly owned property to an outside provider. The website had to convey that and stay within the existing corporate design, particularly for the logo, which had to follow set guidelines.
The site also had to work in everyday use. Prospective clients need to grasp quickly what the company offers, read the content comfortably on any device and send an inquiry without detours. Content also had to be maintainable through a CMS once the site was live.
Solution
DuoByte built the website with WordPress as the content management system and the Elementor page builder. The design follows the company's corporate design, with the logo integrated according to its guidelines. Navigation is geared toward prospective clients who want to learn about the services and get in touch.
The website's core features at a glance:
Implementation
For a corporate website of this size, WordPress with Elementor is a pragmatic choice. Pages are assembled from existing widgets, and both the contact form and the map integration are available as configurable elements. Custom software development would not have been proportionate to these requirements.
Elementor allows layouts to be adjusted for each screen size. The site is set up so that content, form and map stay readable and usable on desktop, tablet and smartphone. It runs on standard web hosting, as is common for WordPress.
Outcome
OBM Hausverwaltung München GmbH presents itself with a website that reflects its corporate design and works on common devices. Prospective clients learn about the services, send inquiries through the contact form and see on the map where the Munich head office is located.
Because the website runs on WordPress, text and pages can be updated through the CMS while the site is live. Content changes do not require touching the code.
